We understand that sometimes your pet accessories may arrive and not fit quite right. However, do not worry! We will happily offer either a refund and/or exchange for the correct sized item providing that:
 

1. You will be required to return the item(s) within the 30 days from the delivery of your order as per our shipment tracking. If any attempt to return item(s) outside of this time frame we won't be able to process a refund and/or exchange.

2. Your item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received them in with the tag attached. We recommend that you try your fur babies new accessories on indoors in the event you require a refund and/or exchange.

3. Exceptions/Non-returnable item(s) unfortunately, we cannot accept any return for sale items
